Mobile Development, Cost Optimisation, EZ AI Progress, Document Signing Visibility, and Smoother Onboarding

1. Mobile Development

A significant portion of effort has gone into mobile development. This work is progressing well and is planned for a public release next month, where the impact will become much more tangible for users.

2. Cost Optimisation & Platform Stability

We’ve been actively working on cost reductions and infrastructure improvements. While these changes are mostly behind the scenes, they directly contribute to better reliability, improved performance, and long-term scalability of the platform.

3. EZ AI

Development on EZ AI is around 90% complete. Recent work has focused on core capabilities, contextual prompts, and feedback mechanisms, laying the groundwork for a smooth and impactful rollout.

4. Improved Document Signing Visibility

We’ve expanded signature support by enabling signature flagging across all document types. This ensures users can clearly identify which documents require signatures, regardless of category, making document workflows more consistent, transparent, and easier to manage.

5. Smoother Onboarding Experience

We’ve improved the onboarding flow by ensuring the Master tab is always accessible. This makes it easier for new customers to explore EZCoordinator, open key sections at any time, and build familiarity with the product without friction.
